The three chosen grape varieties are highly complimentary: while Alicante Bouschet  paves the way for a wonderful structure, Cot and Arinarnoa give respectively fruit aromas and character to the wine.

Alicante Bouschet

Alicante Bouschet is a cross between Petit Bouschet and Grenache.

Cot also known as Malbec grape is a cross between Prunelard and Magdeleine Noir des Charentes.

Arinarnoa

Varietal from the Basque area, it is a cross between Merlot and Petit Verdot.
Phenolia wine
phenolia contains 4793 mg/l of natural polyphenols.
A Merlot Vin de Pays d'Oc on average contains 3614 MG/L of POLYPHENOLS.
A Touraine Sauvignon Val de Loire on average contains 212 MG/L of POLYPHENOLS
